- Arlo was a rescued pup who loves adventures.
- Recently, while he was out exploring with his family, they saw a tree hole and got curious of it.
- Immediately, Arlo hopped right in, all cozied up in his newly-found little spot.
Arlo was rescued three years ago. He was only about a year old then when his family took him in.
Now three years after, Arlo still has all the energy of a puppy.
“He was tied to a doghouse the entire first year of his life and now he is still making up for lost puppyhood time by being the most charismatic boy around,” Bryce LaDuc, Arlo’s mom, told The Dodo.
The pup is enjoying his life as much as he can, something that he couldn’t do before he got adopted.
One of Arlo’s favorite activities is going on adventures with his family. He loves swimming, hiking, and anything that would make him explore the world. And in those times, Arlo, in his most natural self of being silly, usually leaves his family with good laughs.
“He marches to the beat of his own drum and is always up to some sort of funny nonsense,” Bryce said.
And Bryce was right! One day, while the family was out exploring, they came across a tree with a large hole in it.
As they were checking and peering into the hole to get a better look inside, Arlo quickly showed that he never wanted to be left out, especially when it comes to something fun.
In a jiffy, the charming dog hopped up and climbed right into the hole!
“We didn’t prompt him — he just wanted to see what we were looking at in there,” Bryce said.
Arlo stayed in the hole for a few minutes, feeling so cozied up inside and enjoying being the star of the photos his family was taking.
Though that little spot probably belonged to someone else, little Arlo must have felt that it was a cozy spot made just right for him. Besides fitting in there perfectly, he had so much fun being in there, too!
