Odin is one little pup, but he showcased the biggest smile when his big day came up.
Odin, who lives in Mexico with Joyce Cetina and her family, is described as a “very faithful companion” who “loves to hug and play.”
So when Odin’s birthday was coming up, his family made sure to prepare a surprise party to show him how much they love him back. They ordered a dog-friendly cake, put up decorations, and sang him a very happy birthday.
“At first, he was a little confused,” Joyce shared. “He didn’t understand what it was all about. Then he saw the attention was focused on him, and the cake was for him. He was very happy.”

As his family sang him a happy birthday, Odin happily licked at his cake.
“He loved it,” Joyce shared.
Odin also received several presents, but like on other days, he still loved “the many kisses and hugs he received” best.
While Odin’s family celebrated his birthday, for them it was the anniversary of the day they adopted him. And it was the day they got the biggest gift.
“Of course, Odin is loved and pampered all year round. But for us, this is an important day because it’s the day he came into our lives,” Joyce shared. “He makes us very happy.”
It’s a wonderful way to celebrate the day they found each other!
