Coldplay frontman Chris Martin kicked off the wonderful trend on Monday by performing a 30-minute piano set on the band’s Instagram account.
Fellow musician John Legend announced his own Instagram live concert on Tuesday, saying, “My friend Chris Martin did a lovely little concert from home today. I’ll be doing one tomorrow at 1pm Pacific time. See you soon. We’ll try to get through this together!”
His wife, Chrissy Teigen, chimed in, “I’ll be there!! because I literally have no choice.”
P!nk also treated her fans to a cover of “Make You Feel My Love,” a song originally performed by Bob Dylan but also famously covered by Adele.
Katharine Foster performed some songs together with her husband, David Foster, on Instagram Live. She later wrote that they’ll be doing it “everyday at 5:30 PT” and asked for song suggestions.
